JDBGMGR.EXE IS A HOAX

                     A hoax message claiming that a new virus is hiding in the Windows utility file JDBGMGR.EXE. This is a Windows system file used by Windows Java runtime machine. It is not infected with any virus and do not delete this file. Also do not forward this hoax message to anyone.

                     E-mail viruses like Magistr may infect and send infected jdbgmgr.exe via e-mail. If you receive jdbgmgr.exe via e-mail most probably it might be infected with virus. In that case you should delete the infected mail. But if you find jdbgmgr.exe in your Windows system folder it is most probably a clean file.

                     If you already deleted this file you can download it from http://www.microsoft.com/java/vm/dl_vm40.htm. You have to follow the instructions given in the Microsoft download page to re-install Microsoft Java runtime machine again.

1.  Go to Start, Find or Search  option
2.  In the files/folder option, write the name jdbgmgr.exe
3.  Be sure you search in your C:  drive
4.  Click "find now"
5.  The  virus has a little bear icon with the name jdbgmgr.exe   DO NOT
OPEN IT.
6.  Right click and delete it (it will then  go to the Recycle Bin)
7.  Go to the Recycle Bin and delete  it there as well, or empty the bin.

IF YOU FIND THE VIRUS  YOU MUST CONTACT ALL THE PEOPLE IN YOUR ADDRESS BOOK
SO THEY CAN ERADICATE IT  IN THEIR OWN SYSTEMS.

Sorry about this! I strongly advise you to action these instructions now!!     Just had an email  about a virus from one of my contacts,whos address book has been infected by a virus called (jdbgmgr.exe) not detected by Norton or McAfee antivirus systems.     The virus stays quiet for 14 days before damaging the system. It is sent automatically by the messenger and by the address book, whether or not you sent e-mails to your contacts. 
I have checked it out, FOUND IT, AND DELETED IT. Now its the turn for everybody in my Address book!!!!
